Based on many problems and summarised opinions were selected from the site investigation, we propose some cost-effective measuring methods. Based on “hard and soft counter-measure”, we will support in survey and research to develop the improvement methods which can meet all demands. We also assist in doing many kinds of reports based on the planning and reporting system of the law of energy conservation for each plant.
