Fly ash analysis test in electrostatic precipitator (ESP) system:

• Receiving the trust of CTCI Contractor, Chugai Technos has conducted fly ash analysis test in electrostatic precipitator (ESP) system of unit 1 during the repair and restoration inspection.
• Using simple equipment system, easy to assemble, suitable for ESP horizontal ducts. Sampling and monitoring equipment complies with Japanese JIS standards.
• Monitoring parameters: Temperature, SO₃, moisture content, gas composition (O₂, CO₂ and N₂), fly ash.
• Report contents:
  • The basic exhaust gas parameters;
  • Fly ash composition;
  • SO₃ concentration;
  • Data analysis, general evaluation and giving improvement plan;
