Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) Performance Test :
- Receiving the trust of MHPS-ES Contractor, Chugai Technos conducted the performance test of the ESP system for 2 units during the plant acceptance test.
- Using simple equipment system, easy to assemble, suitable for ESP horizontal ducts. Sampling and monitoring equipment complies with Japanese JIS standards.
- Monitoring parameters: Temperature, pressure, velovity, flow rate, moisture content, gas composition (O2, CO2 and N2), dust concentration.
- Report contents:
- The basic exhaust gas parameters;
- Dust concentration;
- Dust collection efficiency;
- Distribution diagram: flow velocity, temperature, dust concentration;
- Comparison of actual measurement results and DCS data;
- Data analysis, general evaluation and giving improvement plan;
