SCR De-NOx System Performance Test:

Receiving the trust of VCAPITAL Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company, Chugai Technos has undertaken the task of adjusting the NH3 injection grid (AIG) and assessing the performance of the NOx gas reduction system (SCR) for Unit 2.

Utilizing a simple, easily assembled equipment system capable of adapting to both horizontal and vertical pipelines, including challenging and confined spaces, the monitoring equipment system complies with the JIS standards of Japan.

Scope of Work:

  • Emission gas monitoring, pressure differentials measurement, and ammonia consumption survey.
  • Monitoring Parameters: Temperature, pressure, velocity, flow rate, humidity, gas components (O2, CO2, and N2), NH3 leakage concentration; continuous monitoring of NOx-O2 using a gas analyzer.

  • NOx-O2
  • NOx reduction efficiency.
  • NH3 leakage concentration.
  • NH3/NOx molar ratio.
  • Distribution diagram: flow rate, temperature, NOx-O2 concentration, NH3.
